Payroll Errors: 'Command contains unrecognized phrase/keyword'

Information on resolving errors that occur when sending e-payslips, including issues encountered during combined submissions such as 2nd half, bonus, commission, or extra pay slips.

This e-pay slip issue has been fixed in the modern view. Please use a modern view to generate the e-pay slip:

  1. Click on Switch to Modern UBS Payroll at the top right of your screen.

  2. Go to Payroll.

  3. Click on the Month End Total tab.

  4. Click Payslip, Month End Total Payslips.

  5. Choose which pay slip type.

  6. Click E-Payslip.
