The Database Optimizer issue in the client PC can be solved by turning off the antivirus.
But if it happens in the main PC, follow the steps below:
How to solve the error on Database Optimizer in Accounting:
Open the company database, select Billing Side, and run the database optimizer.
After the database optimizer has been run, open the billing side and run the index file.
Open the accounting database and run the database optimizer.
After the database optimizer has been run, open the accounting and upgrade the data file.
How to solve the error on Database Optimizer in Inventory
Open the accounting database and run the database optimizer.
After the database optimizer has been run, open the accounting and upgrade the data file.
Open the company database, select Billing Side, and run the database optimizer.
After the database optimizer has been run, open the billing side and run the index file.
If you only have a data optimizer issue when you want to print transactions on the accounting module:
Open the company database, select Billing Side.
Go to Housekeeping and run Index All File.
Open the accounting database.
Go to Housekeeping and run Upgrade Data File.
Note: Please ensure that all PCs using the UBS system are on the same version to prevent the issue from recurring.
