This issue usually happens when the license is not activated. Ensure the license is activated before using Access UBS.
Refer to How to Activate License. If the issue still occurs, follow the steps below. Start with Step 1, and if the problem persists, proceed to Step 2.
Step 1: Change expiry date
Go to Housekeeping, Administrative Tools.
Go to Setting 3
Change Date Expired to 12/12/3069.
Step 2: Update the system
Go to Admin, Administrator Settings, System Settings
Select the respective module, Accounting or Inventory & Billing
Ensure the Server IP Address and Port Number are set correctly based on the main machine/PC where the license is activated. Example IP Address: 127.0.0.1 and Port No: 8900
Each customer will have a unique Server IP Address, but the Port Number remains the same for all customers.
