This error appears due to conflicts with your antivirus.
To resolve this error, please check the solutions below:
Make sure you have Windows 10 or above installed on your computer.
Make sure that Windows is fully updated.
Turn off Windows Defender Firewall for both public & private
Whitelist or make exceptions for UBS folders in your antivirus software.
If the above steps didn't work:
Make sure the main PC has the same version as the client PC
Update to the latest version
If both PCs have the same UBS Accounting version already, then our advice is for you to format the PC.
Note: If you prefer not to format the PC, you can simply disregard the error message and proceed with logging in to the system as usual. You can continue to monitor the system without interruption. The error message will eventually disappear. Please remember to keep your Windows updated regularly for optimal performance.
