UBS EVO: Import claims

Steps to bulk import claim information into EVO Claim using an Excel file.

The Import Claims function allows you to bulk import claim information from external sources, such as clinics or other systems, using an Excel file.

Before you start

Before importing claims, ensure the Excel file contains the following required information:

  • Integration ID

  • Claim Amount

  • Expense Date

  • Category

  • Description

The Category must match one of the available claim categories in EVO Claim, such as Dental or Medical.

If a claim category has additional required custom fields, these fields must also be included in the Excel file:

  1. Include the required custom field in the Excel file.

  2. Enter the value exactly as specified for that custom field.

  3. Ensure the information matches the configuration in EVO Claim.

Import claims from excel

  1. Go to Import Claims.

  2. Click Import from Excel.

  3. Download the provided Excel template.

  4. Enter the required claim information.

  5. Save the completed Excel file.

  6. Upload the completed file.

  7. Import the claim information into EVO Claim.

The imported claims will be added for the relevant employees based on the Integration ID.

📌Note: Claim attachments are not supported through the import process at this time.
