If the Pay Summary Report is not displaying SKBBK by default, this is caused by an incorrect default report file being set. The default report may be incorrectly pointing to SMRL#914.FRX or SMRL#014.FRX instead of the correct file.
⚠️Important: Before proceeding, ensure you know the location of your company data folder (for example, c:\ubspay90\companydata\).
Follow the steps below to reset the default report format to the correct file (c:\ubspay90\reports\smrl#91.frx):
Navigate to your company data folder (for example, c:\ubspay90\companydata\) and search for the file named paymemof.mem.
Delete the paymemof.mem file.
Log in to UBS Payroll and open the database. When prompted with Upgrade Data Files, run it.
Go to Housekeeping and set your company details again, including the current year and month settings.
Generate the report, it will now display the correct default report.
📌Note: After completing these steps, the default report will be set to c:\ubspay90\reports\smrl#91.frx and SKBBK will display correctly in the Pay Summary Report.
