If you are experiencing this issue, follow one of the methods below to resolve it:

Option 1: Perform a fresh installation

  1. Exit and close the Access UBS application completely.

  2. Uninstall the existing Access UBS software from your computer.

  3. Restart your computer.

  4. Download and install the latest version of Access UBS.

  5. Launch the application and log in to the affected company database.

  6. Check if the issue has been resolved.

OR,

Option 2: Remove and regenerate the .mem file

  1. Ensure all users have logged out of the affected company before proceeding.

  2. Exit and close the affected company database folder.

  3. Go to the affected company database folder in C drive.

  4. Find the file with the .mem extension.

  5. Delete or rename the .mem file.

  6. Reopen the Access UBS application.

  7. Access the affected company database.

  8. The system will automatically regenerate a new .mem file.
