Set Nationality:
In the Personnel, select the appropriate foreign nationality code under the Nationality field.
Process Bonus:
Ensure the bonus amount is set to 0.00.
Process Pay:
Confirm that the EPF contribution is captured as 0.00.
Process Bonus Pay:
Verify that the EPF contribution is recorded as 0.00.
Note:
The system determines the employee’s EPF contribution eligibility based on the nationality code.
MY (Malaysian citizen): EPF contributions apply to all employees classified under this code.
