This issue may occur because the company name field in the e-invoice is too short. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

Go to any invoices and click preview.

Select the report from <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">C:\UBSSTK2015\REPORTS\REPORTS_TIMES_NEW_ROMAN\einvoice_inv.frx</a>.

1. Go to any invoices and click preview.
2. Click Setting.
3. Select the report from <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">C:\UBSSTK2015\REPORTS\REPORTS_TIMES_NEW_ROMAN\einvoice_inv.frx</a>.
4. Adjust the length of the company name.

Note: The changes will only apply to future validated invoices. Once an invoice has been validated, its format cannot be modified.
