This error occurs, and you cannot untick View Data Only because you dont have an Inventory & Billing license.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:
Close Access UBS.
Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage.
Cut the Nest file and paste elsewhere (do not delete this file).
Open Access UBS.
A demo license will be generated.
Log in to Billing and untick the View Data Only.
Close Access UBS.
Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage.
Replace the Nest file with the original Nest file (from step 3).
