Accounting Errors: 'Access not allowed' in year-end billings

Unable to untick View Data Only

This error occurs, and you cannot untick View Data Only because you dont have an Inventory & Billing license.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Close Access UBS.

  2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage.

  3. Cut the Nest file and paste elsewhere (do not delete this file).

  4. Open Access UBS.

  5. A demo license will be generated.

  6. Log in to Billing and untick the View Data Only.

  7. Close Access UBS.

  8. Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage.

  9. Replace the Nest file with the original Nest file (from step 3).
