Error when submitting eInvoice for the government body

When dealing with government customers, please note the following:

  1. BRN (Business Registration Number):

    • Government bodies do not have a BRN.

    • In the Customer Configuration section under BRN, enter "NA" to indicate that this field is not applicable.

  2. TIN (Tax Identification Number):

    • For government customers, use the standardized TIN: EI00000000040.

    • Ensure that this number is correctly entered to avoid submission errors.

These steps will ensure successful e-invoice submissions for government entities.
