To key in Allowance with Non-Fixed Income or Fixed Income PCB
Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Table Maintenance, Allowance Table.
Key in the Allowance.
Tick Tax and Pay.
Key in '3' in the EA column.
Click Next, Next.
Key in the Allowance Type as 'V' or 'F'.
Go to Normal Pay.
Key in the Allowance Amount.
Click Save.
Click Process Pay.
Note:
In part 6. Key in the Allowance Type as 'V' for non-fixed income or it can be 'F' for fixed income.
Non-Fixed Income examples like Bonus and Awards.
Fixed Income example, like the Official Petrol Allowance.
