To quickly create a new transaction entry in the system, use the Quick Entry function for faster data entry. Follow the steps below to enter the required transaction details and save them successfully.
Go to Transactions, Transaction File Maintenance.
Click the Quick button.
Key in the Master Account.
Click OK.
Key in the Batch No., Period, Date, A/C No., Ref. No., Description, and Amount.
Click Save.
Example:
Key in Master Account; Eg, Account A, then key in Account B under Credit.
When you click Save Account, Account A will reflect on the Debit side.
