Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Insert the Missing amount in the Pay figure, Taxable Allowance, Non-taxable allowance, deduction, and BIK

Follow the steps below to update the 12-month payroll data, recalculate statutory figures, and regenerate the EA form to ensure all values reflect the latest amendments in the system.

Updating 12-Month Payroll Data

  1. Go to Data Management.

  2. Select Calculate 12-month Pay.

  3. In Data Management (12-month payroll data), update 12-month pay.

  4. Select the field to update the figure

    1. Pay Summary: Any of the taxable income.

    2. Tax Exempted Allowance: Any of the non-taxable Allowances.

    3. BIK Summary: Any of the BIK.

  5. Click OK.

  6. In Update 12-month pay.

  7. Example for Pay Summary: One of the months has missed a fixed allowance figure, MEAL ALLW.

  8. Update the figure.

  9. Click Save.

Recalculating 12-Month Pay

  1. Go to Data Management.

  2. Select Calculate 12-month Pay.

  3. In Calculate 12-month figures.

  4. Tick the box Calculate All.

  5. Click OK.

  6. The message will prompt you: Process completed.

  7. Select OK to exit.

Recalculating MTD, YTD & Taxable Amounts

  1. Go to Data Management.

  2. Select Recalculate MTD, YTD & Taxable AW, OT, DED.

  3. Click Recalculate.

Regenerating the EA Form

  1. Go to Report, Statutory report.

  2. Select Income Tax Reports.

  3. Select CP 8A Yearly.

  4. Click the button Generate.
