The issue occurs because a pay record exists in the 1st Half Payroll, causing the figure to be doubled. To resolve this, delete the pay record from the 1st Half Payroll and reprocess the payment. To resolve this issue:
Go to Monthly And Yearly, 12 Months Figures Update.
Choose the respective employee.
Go to the Allowance tab.
Re-keyed in the correct amount, starting from the month having the issue.
Save.
Go to Monthly & Yearly, Calculate 12 months' figure.
Tick Calculate All, OK.
Note: The allowance figure should be tallied in the 12 monthly report and EA form.
