IT Book Transfer refers to moving funds between your own accounts within the same bank.
IT Third-Party Transfer allows you to transfer funds from your account to another person’s account, whether within the same bank or to another bank.
For Maybank, transfers can be made between your own Maybank accounts or to other Maybank accounts. Daily limits apply, except for transfers between your own accounts, which have no limit.
IT = book transfer is the movement of funds from one deposit account to another in the same bank.
IT = Third Party Transfer is a feature that can be used to transfer funds from your current bank account to another account, within your current or any other bank.
For Maybank, the transfer involves Maybank & Own Accounts,
Transfer funds between own Maybank Accounts or to other Maybank Accounts. Daily limit applies. However, transfer to own accounts has no limit.
Set up in UBS
For personnel setup information, please look for Employees, Edit Employees in Actions.
Look for Payment Info, Bank Info.
Please key in the bank code as MBBEMYKL (this is mandatory if you want to capture the payment mode as IT).
Fill up the payment mode as IT. (This is Maybank Bank code.)
In Settings, look for Addresses & Account No.
Select Bank Category 1,
Fill up Your Company Registered Info.
After you complete the setups, you can generate and submit the bank file format to the bank.
