eInvoicing: Unable to connect IAM to the workspace

Workspace account missing during default send method setup despite IAM connection

To connect the IAM back to the workspace:

  1. Close the UBS system.

  2. Disconnect IAM.

  3. Connect IAM and key in the email and password.

  4. Log in to UBS and set up the default send method.

Note: If you are unable to log in to the Workspace Account, please copy the link and paste it into a different web browser.
