eInvoicing: Send method remains inactive after connecting IAM

AM Status Not Connected and No Workspace Account Appears in the Send Method for e-Invoicing.

Ensure that provisioning is complete, and the workspace account is set up with assistance from our onboarding team.

  1. Go to the IAM icon and click Disconnect.

  2. Click Connect again and it will redirect you to the workspace login.

  3. Enter your email and password (As per setup during onboarding) and sign in.

  4. You will automatically connect.

  5. Log in to UBS and click the 3-dot button at the send method setup.

  6. Tick the checkbox and your company name will appear in the workspace organization option.

  7. Save and the send method will be active.
