Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Set up resigned employees

Key in resigned employees

To set up resigned employees:

  1. Go to Personnel, Add/Update Employee, and choose the employee.

  2. At the Pay tab and key in the resignation date.

  3. Once the month-end is done, change the Pay Status to Non-Active.

  4. Change the Employment Status and Save.
