The foreign worker tax rate in Access UBS Payroll follows the latest tax rate given by the LHDN.
You can refer to LHDN Specification for Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) Calculations using Computerized Calculation for 2023 page 8, under Non-Resident Employee.
In the system, you can check at:
Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Government Table.
Select PCB Constant Value.
The tax rate is at % on the amount for a foreign worker.
