Payroll Report: PCB calculation is incorrect

Below are the references on how to calculate using the LHDN calculator compared with Access UBS Payroll:
Note: Make sure to set the employee tax type as a resident or non-resident, as they have a different tax rate

To get the PCB calculation in the system:

  1. Open UBS Payroll.

  2. Go to Payments, 2nd half payroll, view pay slip, view calculation.

From the results of the LHDN calculator, please fix the PCB amount to the correct amount from the LHDN website when the comparison results are different.

  1. Go to Payroll, Actions, Edit OT Rate/ Statutory Pay.

  2. Edit the PCB amount following the LHDN calculator.

  3. Edit Fixed Rate with 'P'.

  4. Save

  5. Process Pay.
