Payroll Errors: 'Visual FoxPro cannot start. Could not load resources'

Log out of the UBS system.

Go to Control Panel.

Select Regional Settings or Clock and Region.

For Region, make sure it is Malaysia.

For the Regional Format change to English (Malaysia) or English (US).
