Before configuring the Cash Register settings, make sure the receipt printer is online:
Run as Administrator when opening the POS.
Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Device Setting, OK.
In Device Settings, Cash Drawer, tick Connect to Cash Drawer.
Ensure the Epson Printer is on the Trigger Drawer Command, Register.
Click Test.
The Cash Drawer should open.
