To rectify this error message when you connect to the cash drawer:
Open the POS system (run as administrator).
Go to Housekeeping, Setup, Device Settings.
Go to the Cash Drawer tab.
Tick Connect to Cash Drawer.
Under Trigger Drawer Command, click the drop-down button.
Choose the correct one.
Click Register.
Click Apply.
