This issue happens because there is an integration with the accounting.
You need to remove the Accounting Directory from the POS system.
Log in to the POS system.
Housekeeping, Setup, General Setup.
Click on the Sharing tab.
Tick on Integrate with accounting system.
Remove the directory from the Accounting Folder.
Untick the Integrate with accounting system.
Apply, Ok.
