When a unit has been sold, the New Owner of the property is used, but editing is required: (vacant possession under JMB to purchaser or legal possession under developer to purchaser)
Open Maintenance, Ownership, click Edit
You can edit any details of the ownership of the property except the Owner No. As the first owner of the property, Owner No. will be 01.
New Owner can only be used once when the unit is sold for the first time.
When the unit has been sold to a second owner and subsequent owners:
Open Maintenance, Ownership, click Sub-Purchaser.
Key in all details of the new owner of the property.
Owner No. will be updated 02,03,04, etc. If this is the second owner, it will be 02 and so forth.
When you wish to delete Ownership of the property entirely:
Open Maintenance, Ownership, and click Delete.
This can only be done when no transaction (Invoices, Payment, CN, DN, Late charge) has been issued.
After deleting, you can maintain the New Owner again for this property.

Note:
The right to vacant possession of the property is recognized upon completion of the sale of the unit.
There should be a Strata Title of the property in possession of the new owner upon completion of the sale.
