This happens due to the license service stopping working.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Go to This PC, then go to Local Disc (C:) and click UBSCPL.
Delete the following files: UBSSYS.DBF and UBSSYSI.DBF
After deleting, another will generate with a local IP, and you can go into Access UBS Accounting to change it as needed.
Restart the PC.
