Accounting Errors: 'There is a connection error to your license service'

The information in Server IP and Port No is missing

This happens due to the license service stopping working.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to This PC, then go to Local Disc (C:) and click UBSCPL.

  2. Delete the following files: UBSSYS.DBF and UBSSYSI.DBF

  3. After deleting, another will generate with a local IP, and you can go into Access UBS Accounting to change it as needed.

  4. Restart the PC.
