This section is used to define the number of Days per month for HRP (the hourly rate at which an employee is compensated for their work) calculation.

​For example:
Daily Rate = RM50
Working Days = 16days
Thus, the Basic Pay is RM 800
The HRP:
= RM800/16days/8hours
= RM6.25
