Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Adjusting and understanding overtime rate in UBS

UBS Payroll System calculates using this formula:

Ratio * (Basic Rate * 12 months / Hours per Year = Overtime Rate of Pay. (ORP))

For example:

Basic rate = 2600.00

Days Worked in one month = 15

Ratio applied to ORP = 1.5

1.5 * (2600 *12 / 2161) = 1.5 (14.44)

= 21.66
​
So, it has to fix the rate at about approximately 21.66.
