To fix this error:
Close the UBS Payroll.
Go to the location C:\ProgramData\Sage\.
Delete the NEST.PHX file.
Go to Control Panel, Services, Look for Access UBS License Service, restart.
Open UBS Payroll.
Log in and activate your license.
