To enter Chinese characters in UBS, you must set your Windows System Locale to Chinese (Simplified, China)
To do this, complete the following in your system:
Close the UBS System.
Go to Control Panel, Regional.
Choose Administrative.
Click on Change system locale.
Change the Current system locale to Chinese (Simplified, China).
Click OK.
Restart the Computer.
You should now be able to enter Chinese characters in UBS.
Warning: Changing the Windows System Locale may affect another program installed in your system. Please consult your IT consultant before making changes.
Note: If after changing the setting and the Chinese character still did not showing correctly, please get an IT person to check on your PC font setting.
