Accounting Setup & Maintenance: Unable to run online update; system stays on existing version

Run the online update but it's failed and no error message

This issue happened due to there is 1 config file that should not be in the folder.
How to remove the config file:

  1. Ensure to close the UBS System.

  2. Go to C: Drive and UBSCPL folder.

  3. Find ClassicOnlineUpdate.exe.config file and delete it.

  4. Run the online update again.
