This issue happens due to the Nationality is not set correctly. To rectify this issue:
Go to Personnel, Add/Update Employees, Personal Details.
Nationality, choose correctly for foreigners.
Key in the passport number.
Note: For Malaysian users, the system will automatically capture the IC (Identity Card) number. If the nationality is foreign, such as the US, it will automatically capture the Passport number.
