Payroll Setup & Maintenance: Activate product license

Information on activating or renewing the product license and resolving issues with software version eligibility.

Please ensure that the main server or PC is connected to the internet and that the Access cover is updated. This will make you eligible for the latest updates before proceeding with the steps below.

  1. Log in to the Access UBS Payroll.

  2. Go to Manage License.

  3. Under the Manage License tab, select License Wizard.

  4. Tick Activate New License - I would like to activate my software over the internet.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Fill in the MyAppID and Activation Code.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Click Finish.

  10. Restart the system.

  11. Click Yes.
