Information on performing data backups and resolving issues when unable to run backups

To back up your data in Access UBS, follow the steps below:

Before backup

Determine which drive and folder you want to save the backup files to.
When doing a backup, you don't have to change the hard disk directory. The hard disk directory will be the default directory that the UBS system generates.

Perform a backup

  1. Go to File, go to Backup & Restore, then click Backup.

  2. In the Select Drive field, click the drop-down button and select the relevant drive.

  3. Click the magnifier icon and select the relevant folder.

  4. Click Backup.

Note:

  • If you cannot click on the Backup feature, please verify that your license is activated.

  • For Access UBS (POS), you may find this backup option under Housekeeping.
