To resolve this issue
Go to Excel, File, and select Options.
Select Trust Center and then select Trust Center Settings.
Select File Block Settings.
Make sure all the boxes are unticked.
Choose the third option and then press OK.
Run as administrator when opening UBS.
Note: If after this setup unable to solve the issue, kindly seek help from IT person to check whether the Excel has block the UBS report
