If you are unable to generate or print reports in UBS Inventory & Billing, it may be due to an incorrect or missing report directory path in the system setup.
Follow one of the methods below to reset or correct the report directory configuration.
Method 1:
Go to Housekeeping, Run Setup, General Setup.
Go to Directory tab.
Paste the following in the Directory: C:\UBSSTK2015\REPORTS\REPORTS_TIMES_NEW_ROMAN\
Method 2:
Go to the landing page (front page).
Go to Admin, System Settings and Choose Inventory & Billing.
Click to Setup and Click Set to Default and OK.
Note: If you have installed your application in any other drive letter like E:\ or F:\ or in any other folder, please make these changes accordingly.
