  • Use the APS 136 text file format.

  • The SKBBK contribution amount will be included in a dedicated field.

  • This ensures compliance with PERKESO Submission File Format V2.0.

Important: PERKESO V2.0 submission format becomes mandatory from 1 October 2026.

After generating the submission file:

  1. Log in to the PERKESO portal.

  2. Submit the contribution file.

  3. Complete the corresponding payment process through PERKESO.

Changes to Bank Files

If your organisation uses bank files for PERKESO payments:

  1. Contact your bank administrator to determine whether a revised bank file format is required to support SKBBK payments.

  2. If changes are required, obtain the updated bank file specification from the bank.

  3. Contact Access Support and provide the new file specification.

  4. Our team will review and rebuild the bank file format, if necessary, to support the updated PERKESO payment requirements.

Grace Period for SKBBK Implementation

As of the date of publication:

  • No official grace period has been announced by PERKESO.

  • The mandatory implementation date remains 1 June 2026.
