Accounting Errors: 'No record in Accounting to repost'

Information on resolving issues with reposting transactions in UBS Billing, including missing sales invoices and errors encountered during the repost process.

You should ALWAYS back up your data before you perform the unpost and repost of data. When you encounter this problem, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Accounting module and run a backup to save the current data that is not correct.

  2. Open the Inventory module and run a backup to save the current data that is not correct.

  3. Open the Accounting module and restore the backup before unpost, edit, and repost.

  4. Open the Inventory module and restore the backup before unpost, edit, and repost.

  5. Redo the whole process.

Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article if no backup has been done before posting transactions.
