Payroll Setup & Maintenance: CP8D submission error caused by missing employee details

Retirement age is missing, and no contract details have been set

This issue arises from incomplete employee personal details. To resolve it, you'll need to:

  1. Go to Personnel, Add/Update Employee, Per. Details.

  2. Please ensure to key in the Date of Birth for all the employees.

  3. Go to the Pay tab.

  4. Select NO for contract details.

  5. Those employees who are under contract choose YES for contract details.

  6. Must have Contract Valid From and Contract Expired On date.
