Please check that these few Windows requirements and prerequisite application installations were done:
Allow Windows to install if these are not done.
Go to the Control Panel, Turn Windows Features On/Off, and make sure .NET Framework 3.5 (2.0 & 3.0) has been selected.
Go to the Control Panel, Turn Windows Features On/Off, and make sure .NET Framework 4.8 has been selected.
Select (press the button) and click OK.
Please also install as attached VFPOLEDBSetup.
Unzip the installer and run it after you have downloaded the attached file.
Please check for Windows updates and make sure it has been updated.
Then run the latest UBS installer .
