Accounting Setup & Maintenance: License Appears Expired Despite Being Active

Information on issues where the license still shows as expired, not updated, or keeps reverting to the old license even after activating the new or renewed INTL license.

When the license is still showing expired, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to UBS, navigate to Admin, click Administrator Settings, and then select License Management.

  2. Select Manage license and deactivate the license.

  3. Log out of UBS and log back in to UBS.
