To resolve this issue:
Go to C:\Program File (x86) \Common file\Sage software\Sage SRRC
Rename it as Sage SRCC (OLD), then try to generate the report.
If not working, then follow the solution below:
Uninstall Access UBS.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86) \Common file\Sage software\Sage SRRC Rename it as Sage SRCC (OLD).
Reinstall the software from the Access UBS software downloads page.
Check the report.
Note: SST is no longer generated through the Sage website. The Access version now generates SST reports directly in the software and allows easy export to PDF.
