Accounting, Inventory & Transactions: Bill is not visible for the knock-off process

Transaction created is missing when knock off

Updated over 2 months ago

To fix this issue:

  1. Go to Transaction, Open Item Menu Debtor, Bill Payment Ledger, Reset Open Item Bill.

  2. Key in the debtor number.

  3. Click Ok.
