Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create a new company database in Access UBS BSM.
Double-click the Access UBS BSM icon on your desktop to open the application.
On the Company Selection screen, click Add to create a new company.
In the Company Name field, enter the organization name using one of the following formats: Example:
Joint Management Body ABC Residence
The Management Corporation of ABC Residence
In the Database Folder Name field, enter a short and meaningful abbreviation for the organization.
Recommended Naming Convention:
JMB ABC
MC ABC
TMC ABC
Once completed, the new organisation will be available for selection within Access UBS BSM.
