Set up UBS Evo
To use UBS Evo, you need to first connect your UBS desktop data to the Access Evo platform. You may need your system administrator or IT professional to assist with this. Once connected, you'll bring in your team so that everyone can start using Evo.
Note: These instructions apply when UBS is installed on your own local server.
Join the Access Evo platform: Your Evo Administrator needs to launch Access Evo and follow the Forgot Your Password process to set up their Access Evo password. (This won’t impact any UBS passwords.)
Connect your data: Follow these steps to connect your UBS data to the Access Evo platform. You may need your IT administrator to do this.

Start using UBS Evo
You and your team can now start using UBS Evo. Let's start with Copilot. Copilot lets you ask questions about your UBS data and other information sources, called skills. Why not give it a try now?
Log in to Access Evo and click the Access Button.
Click Copilot and then click the Analytics skill that queries the data in Analytics.
Type in a question, for example, what insights do I have about sales?
Copilot answers. You can continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions if you wish.

Spaces - curated dashboards
Spaces are collaborative environments that enhance teamwork and organization. You can create customized dashboards to suit your needs so you can track your progress from every angle, with dynamic overviews and relevant applications that keep everyone moving forward.
Feed - personalized tasks and notifications
Feed consolidates data from your UBS system into intelligent alerts and notifications personalized to what is important for you and your role. Feed manages your priorities to keep you focused on what matters most. You can launch Feed from the Access Button in Access Evo or in Express Leave.
