eInvocing Setup Checklist

This checklist helps ensure all required prerequisites, configurations, and mappings are completed before submitting eInvoices to LHDN using Access UBS Evo.

Use this checklist to prepare your system for LHDN eInvoicing submission via Access UBS Evo.


Before proceeding, ensure that onboarding, intermediary setup, and IAM activation are completed, followed by accurate company, customer, and supplier configurations. Proper mapping of classification, currency, and unit of measurement (UOM) is also required to meet LHDN eInvoicing requirements.

Step 1: Prerequisites Setup

Onboarding - to provision EVO account for customers to use Access Software SDN BHD as API intermediary

Setting up Access Software as an Intermediary for eInvoice submission in MyInvoice portal

IAM Activation to connect to EVO from Access UBS Software API with LHDN (Refer to the quick guide page 4)

Step 2: eInvoice Configuration

Important:

  • All fields are compulsory to be filled. If a particular item does not apply to your company (e.g., Exemption Cert No & Tax No). enter 'N/A'

  • Ensure the Business Registration Number (BRN) for both the company and the customer is accurate (Use the new BRN)

  • Ensure the details do not contain any of these symbols: \ / : * ? " < > |
