Please be informed that the company ID must be keyed in the housekeeping setup accordingly. To do the setup:
Go to Housekeeping, Setup, and Addresses & Account No.
Go to Your Company Registered Information and ensure to key in the company ID at the Given ID and Organization ID.
Ensure that the TXT file name follows the format specified in the header details.
