Accounting Setup & Maintenance: Unable to access past year data and the select button is grayed out

Unable to click on the past year's data. The function never showed up to login to see past year's data.

This issue happens due to the creation of a new ID and Password for the current year. To rectify this:

  1. Log in using ADMIN as username and UBS as password.

  2. Select Pass Year DATA2023, for example.

  3. Go to User ID Maintenance.

  4. Add a User ID that was not available for that year.

  5. Logout Accounting / Inventory & Billing.

  6. Log out UBS system.

  7. Log in with a New User ID and Password.

  8. Open Pass Year Data.

Note: When users create a new ID and password for the current year, the data from past years doesn't automatically update with the new credentials.
