This issue happens due to the creation of a new ID and Password for the current year. To rectify this:
Log in using ADMIN as username and UBS as password.
Select Pass Year DATA2023, for example.
Go to User ID Maintenance.
Add a User ID that was not available for that year.
Logout Accounting / Inventory & Billing.
Log out UBS system.
Log in with a New User ID and Password.
Open Pass Year Data.
Note: When users create a new ID and password for the current year, the data from past years doesn't automatically update with the new credentials.
