Accounting Transactions: Inserting transactions

To insert a transaction:

  1. In Housekeeping, Administrative Tools, Setting.

  2. Check Allowed Insert Transactions, click on OK.

  3. Go to Transactions, Transactions File Maintenance, and point to the location where the user wishes to insert the transaction.

  4. Click on Insert, select Batch Number.

  5. Key in the Transaction Number, and the Number of Transactions accordingly.

  6. Click on OK.
